ATTENTION: Due to the new trade and cooperation agreements between the EU and the UK, we do not ship to UK (United Kingdom) at this time.

Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Deliveries within Germany (Germany):
We deliver within Germany (Germany) free of shipping costs.
For island delivery we charge a surcharge of € 15,50.

Domestic express deliveries (except islands):

Delivery next working day until 18:00 (after dispatch) :  € 8,95

Express delivery the next working day before 12:00 (after dispatch): € 11,90

Express delivery the next working day before 10:00 a.m. (after shipping) :  € 17,90

Express Saturday delivery (after shipping) :  € 20,50

Please note: For express orders, the order must be placed by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. Otherwise the shipment may be delayed by one day.

• is only possible up to the specified date and only from Monday to Saturday, but not on Sundays or on a regional or German holiday. Saturdays cannot be delivered to company addresses.
• is only offered for delivery addresses in Germany. Express shipping cannot be offered for postcode areas that include German islands.
• cannot be delivered to mailboxes. Delivery to a packing station is not possible.
• The delivery guarantee cannot be given if circumstances or events occur which are due to force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of Marly Skin Vertriebsgesellschaft.

 Please note that deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to additional costs !

delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) shall take place within 3 – 5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
